Training and Networking Unit aims at Imparting Mental Health Education to the Prison Personnel , Staff Team of the Custodial Institutions , Nursing Staff working in the Govt. Hospitals Networking with the Human Rights Institutions, Government, Human Rights Activists & NGOs for spreading effective mental health awareness at different levels of the society Organizing National level Seminars & Workshops for sensitizing the policy makers regarding the deplorable mental health care delivery system in the country Eradicating the mental illness related stigma SEVAC has been imparting Mental Health Education to the Prison Personnel with the support of: National Human Rights Commission Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission Assam State Human Rights Commission Regional Institute of Correctional Administration, Velore Prison Departments of: Maharstra, Goa, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Tripura, Nagaland
