SEVAC came into existence in the year 1991 with a pledge to cater to the needs of the persons with mental illness putting emphasis on their Uninterrupted Psychiatric Treatment, Rehabilitation and Human Rights Promotion. Precisely, the ambiance which have been created therein cannot be easily found elsewhere.
